Panhua Group is a reliable supplier of processed steel sheets and coils in China, equipped with some of the most advanced production facilities in the country. The Philippines manufacturing base, currently in its first phase, has an annual capacity of 3 million tonnes of galvanized and pre-painted steel coils, along with 2.3 million tonnes of slabs and billets.

Domestically, Panhua Group operates 41 production lines across its facilities. The Zhangjiagang manufacturing base includes 2 pickling lines, 1 five-stand tandem cold rolling mill, 2 single-stand rolling mills, 4 galvanizing lines, and 1 color coating line. The Chongqing manufacturing base features 5 pickling lines, 4 rolling mills (including 2 tandem and 2 single-stand mills), 7 galvanizing lines (4 for regular spangle, 2 for zero spangle, and 1 aluminum-zinc line), 1 batch annealing line, 1 continuous annealing line, 2 color coating lines, a section steel line, and a hot rolling line. The Yueyang manufacturing base includes 1 continuous pickling and cold rolling line, 5 galvanizing lines, 2 color coating lines, and 1 galvanized section steel line.

Thank to our robust production capabilities and precision, Panhua Group exports to over 50 countries, including the United States, United Kingdom, Russia, Spain, Italy, and Brazil. We were the first in its sector in China to achieve ISO 9001 and ISO 14000 certifications.
