4-Million Tonnes Steel Sheet Project
With an investment of 10 billion RMB, including 7 billion RMB in fixed assets, this project covers approximately 705,000 square meters. The development is divided into two phases: the first phase covers 497,000 square meters, and the second phase occupies 208,000 square meters. The project aims to establish a production base for 1.5 million tonnes of structural steel and 2.5 million tonnes of cold-rolled, galvanized, and pre-painted steel annually. It includes a total of 8 production lines: 1 pickling and tandem rolling line, 5 galvanizing lines, and 2 pre-painting lines. Construction is fully underway, with one pre-painting line scheduled to be operational by the end of 2021.

4.5-Million Tonnes Hot Rolling Steel Project
To support the steel sheet production, Panhua Group plans to invest another 10 billion RMB in building a new facility capable of producing 4.5 million tonnes of hot-rolled steel annually. The project will occupy 300,000 square meters and is expected to generate an annual output value of 22 billion RMB. Once operational, the facility will import approximately $2 billion worth of steel slabs from the Philippines each year, ensuring a stable raw material supply for Yueyang’s steel sheet production base.
