The Jiangsu Zhangjiagang Manufacturing Base was established in 2003 through a partnership between Panhua Group and Hong Kong Panshun Investments Co., with a total investment of $40 million. This manufacturing facility delivers an annual output of 2 million tonnes of galvanized coils, supporting a wide range of industrial applications.
The Zhangjiagang manufacturing base is equipped with advanced steel processing machines, including 2 pickling lines, 1 five-stand tandem cold rolling mill, 2 single-stand rolling mills, 4 galvanizing lines, and 1 color coating line. Notably, the tandem cold rolling mill is the only one in Jiangsu Province, with advanced mechanical systems sourced from Japan and electrical control technology provided by Siemens in Germany. This manufacturing base produces rolled hard sheets with a thickness range of 0.2mm to 1.2mm and widths between 900mm and 1250mm. Its superior equipment and technology ensure precision and consistency, meeting stringent standards across various industries.
