Chongqing Fuling Manufacturing Base
Focusing on advanced steel production, the Fuling manufacturing base specializes in developing and manufacturing various steel grades, including interstitial-free steel, high-strength interstitial-free steel, and high-strength low-alloy steel. Equipped with advanced facilities, the base features 5 pickling lines, 4 rolling mills (2 continuous and 2 single-stand), 7 galvanizing lines (including 4 spangle, 2 non-spangle, and 1 aluminum-zinc line), 2 annealing lines (batch and continuous), 2 pre-painting lines, 1 structural steel line, and 1 hot rolling line.

Hunan Yueyang Manufacturing Base
The Hunan Yueyang Manufacturing Base was established by Panhua Group in December 2020 to align with the Yangtze River Economic Belt development strategy. This advanced manufacturing facility, located in Yunxi District, Yueyang City, involves a total investment of 20 billion RMB and spans approximately 1 million square meters. It comprises a 4-million-ton steel sheet project and a 1.5 million tonnes hot rolled structural steel project. The manufacturing base is set to produce 2.5 million tonnes of galvanized, and pre-painted steel coils annually, alongside 1.5 million tonnes of galvanized structural steel.

Jiangsu Zhangjiagang Manufacturing Base
The Zhangjiagang manufacturing base is equipped with advanced steel processing machines, including 2 pickling lines, 1 five-stand tandem cold rolling mill, 2 single-stand rolling mills, 4 galvanizing lines, and 1 color coating line. Notably, the tandem cold rolling mill is the only one in Jiangsu Province, with advanced mechanical systems sourced from Japan and electrical control technology provided by Siemens in Germany.
